Experienced microbaker Gill Evans co-founded SAVOUR THE FLAVOUR a decade ago to bring the home made organic breads, cakes and preserves her family enjoyed to a wider audience. Since then, her goods have been on sale in pop up shops, farmers markets and local shops. These days she also runs the Borders’ only BREADMAKING COURSES at Bedrule, teaching sessions for all levels on all kinds of bread including basic, healthy, gluten free and sourdough, with special events for Christmas and Easter. Groups of family or friends can arrange a special course, and gift vouchers are available if you’d like to give a place on a course as a present.
