Our small batch gin is handcrafted in our tiny copper still, using ingredients found & foraged in the Scottish Borders. Light and with a complex floral palette, it reflects our landscape and the abundant natural resources of the Southern Scottish Valleys.
The distillery sits in the Teviot valley and we use local spring water in our distilling process. The Scottish Borders offers lush, gentle countryside. We have a rich abundance of wild food on our doorstep, and Lilliard Gin captures and conveys a true sense of our terroir.
The countryside in this valley is lush fertile rolling hills, with endless opportunities for wild harvest. We share this part of the valley with Ospreys, Otters and Red Squirrels, so its not a bad place to work, or even to while away an afternoon.
